Pricing & Insurance
Straightforward pricing. Personalized care.
Thrive is an out-of-network physical therapy provider, which means Patty does not bill insurance directly. Instead, you pay Thrive at the time of your visit and receive a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Your insurance plan determines whether you have out-of-network benefits and how much may be reimbursed. Patty recommends contacting your insurance provider before beginning care to understand your specific benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates.
Physical Therapy Pricing
Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation and your first treatment session. Patty will take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and movement needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
One-on-one follow-up sessions focused on your individual treatment plan, progress, and goals.
*Package savings are based on the regular 55-minute follow-up rate.
Maintenance & Wellness Sessions
Once you've completed your plan of care and have established the tools you need to manage your condition independently, shorter sessions are available for ongoing maintenance and support.
These sessions are intended for established patients who have completed a plan of care and want continued support to maintain strength, mobility, function, or other progress they've made.
Using Your Insurance
Out-of-Network Benefits
Because Thrive is an out-of-network provider, insurance is not billed directly. However, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits.
After payment, Thrive can provide a superbill with the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. Reimbursement varies by insurance plan, so it's important to check your benefits before beginning care.
Thrive does not guarantee insurance reimbursement. Your insurance company determines coverage based on your individual plan.
HSA & FSA
HSA and FSA funds can be used toward eligible physical therapy expenses.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use those funds to pay for your physical therapy care. Keep your receipts and documentation for your records.
Direct Access
You don't necessarily need a doctor's referral to get started.
Florida allows patients to access physical therapy directly, so you can contact Thrive and begin care without first seeing a physician for a referral.
There are some circumstances where a referral or additional medical care may still be appropriate. Patty will let you know if your situation requires coordination with another healthcare provider.
Questions About Cost or Insurance?
Insurance can be confusing, and every plan is different. If you're not sure how out-of-network care works or what to ask your insurance company, reach out to Patty before scheduling your first visit.
